Terms of Service

1. User Generated Content (UGC)

Street Swap allows users to create events, mint digital passes, and list event passes. You are solely responsible for the content you create. This includes event descriptions, images, and pass details. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination
• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Violence or graphic content
• Illegal activities or promotion thereof
• Spam or misleading content

We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user found to be in violation of these terms immediately and without warning.

3. Reporting & Blocking

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it immediately to streetswapprinceton@gmail.com. We act on all reports within 24 hours. Users also have the ability to block other users directly within the app to prevent unwanted interactions.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Event Pass Transactions

Street Swap is a platform for students to create events and manage digital event passes. All pass transactions occur within the app. We are not responsible for any offline interactions that may occur between users attending events. Please exercise good judgment when attending campus events and meet in public, well-lit areas.

6. Intellectual Property

Street Swap and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Street Swap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Street Swap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes any issues arising from offline trades or interactions between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Street Swap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
